On September 22nd, 2026, Corning Police Officers arrested 42 year-old Joshua G. Buckley of Corning. Mr. Buckley was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree (felony), Criminal Possession Forged Instrument 2nd Degree (felony) and Criminal Possession Stolen Property 5th Degree. Mr. Buckley was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and subsequently transported to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
