On October 5th, 2026, Corning Police arrested 23 year-old William C. Brizzee, of Canisteo, for Rape 3rd Degree (felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Brizzee was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and subsequently transported to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
