On October 7th, 2026, Corning Police Officers responded to East Market St. for the report of a male subject causing a disturbance. At the conclusion of the investigation, Officers arrested 28 year-old Charles E. Baker of Corning. Mr. Baker was charged with Menacing 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct: Obscene Language and Disorderly Conduct: Unreasonable Noise.
