On July 11th, we graduated 107 students from our Middle School Youth Police Academy today. This group was made up of truly incredible students who gave it their all during physical training. They were dedicated to the lessons and took part in all of the activities we had lined up for them. Most of these students have no interest in a future in law enforcement, but that is not what this academy is about. Our mission is to build trust and understand with the youth of our community. Through mutual respect and understanding, we as a community can grow stronger together.
