Viaduct Avenue is CLOSED to through traffic (both vehicle and pedestrian) at the Amtrak underpass due to downed power lines. As a result, traffic restrictions are in place on Viaduct Avenue between West Lancaster Avenue and Bradford Avenue. Traffic restrictions are expected to remain throughout the late evening on Friday.
