A Hudson K9 Unit conducted a K9 free air sniff, resulting in a positive alert. This led to a search of the vehicle based on probable cause.

Upon searching the vehicle, officers located drug paraphernalia and an illegally possessed firearm, specifically a .45 semi-automatic 1911.

The driver was arrested.
