DO YOU KNOW ARIZONA’S CHILD-RESTRAINT LAW?
Arizona law requires children under 5 years old to be properly secured in a child-restraint system.
Children who are at least 5 years old but under 8 years old and are 4 feet 9 inches tall or shorter must also be secured in an appropriate child-restraint system.
Remember: The law establishes minimum requirements.
Parents and caregivers should also follow the child safety-seat manufacturer’s instructions and recognized child-passenger safety recommendations.
Knowing the law is important.
Protecting our children is even more important.
