On 7/21/2019 the Highspire police were dispatched to Champion's Sports Bar for an active domestic dispute. Police responded and met with the victim. She stated that her husband had struck her head approx. 4 times while they were in the a car. The suspect, John Walsh, was taken into custody for simple assault and harassment. He was transported to the booking center for arraignment and processing.
