Reporting Person / Victim stated that between the above listed dates and times, an unknown person took her purse from where she had left it at the listed location. When the victim realized she had left her purse she returned to the listed location but the purse was no longer there. The purse contain her credit cards and other personal papers as well as cash.

Reporting person / Victim state that she made arrangements to meet a Black male, 20-25 years of age to sell a phone. The victim was in her car when the transaction occurred. She handed the suspect the phone so he could inspect it. While she was distracting with the traffic as she was double parked, the suspect took off with the phone.

Officers responding to a shots fired call on the above listed date and time. The Victim stated that he observed damage to his vehicle apparently done by gunfire. After searching the arear the officers and found 3 shell casing in the area. Ongoing investigation.

Officers responded to the 100 blk. Green St. for a report of shots fired. An occupied, parked vehicle was struck by gunfire and damaged. No injuries were reported. No suspect information was found. Spent casings were located and collected as evidence. On going investigation.

OCCURRED 7/14/2019 0134 HRS.
Officers from Platoon B responded to area of 500 blk. W. King St. for reports of a fight with at least one shot fired. A description and direction of travel for the person that fired the shot was relayed to Officers. Officers observed a male that matched the description at the intersection on W. King St. and Manor St. That male, later identified as John James M/21, fled on foot from Officers. James was eventually taken into custody on 400 blk. Manor St. While Officers were taking James into custody and canvassing the area several people were causing a disturbance near the Officers and on the street. Tatiana Cuiman F/19, Felix Travino II M/20, Marquis Wise M/19, Stephan Battle M/20, Chastity Cuiman F/20 and Zaire Brown M/20 were all cited with Disorderly Conduct, including James, and later released. Brown was held for arraignment on an unrelated warrant. Officers found (1) spent shell casing on W. King St. No firearm was recovered.

Edgar Albino-Santiago, 39 of the 300 block W Mifflin St, Lancaster PA was observed by an officer operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Albino-Santiago was removed from the vehicle and a search of the vehicle was performed. The search resulted in empty containers of liquor and a plastic corner tied baggy of suspected marijuana. Albino-Santiago was arrested and charged with DUI and Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana.

Officers stopped William Humberto Diaz-Ortiz on the above listed date and time. Officers observed empty baggies used to package narcotics and several baggies containing cocaine and one containing heroin where Diaz was standing. Diaz-Ortiz was found to be in possession of 2 cell phones and a large amount of cash. Diaz-Ortiz was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver-Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Heroin, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jorge Antonio Alvarado-Torres, 26 year old, W/M/H was cited with Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended or Revoked and Possession of Small Amt. of Marijuana.
