On May 13, 2019 at approximately 8:00 pm, the North Middleton Township Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a faulty brake light and for driving over the white fog line several times on Spring Road. The operator was identified as Gary Wolford HERMAN, 57, of Carlisle, and was found to be intoxicated. HERMAN was arrested for DUI and transported to Cumberland County Prison.
