On April 25, 2019, the Richland Township Police Department arrested Sugary Morel, 29, of Lynn, MA, for Access Device Fraud, Theft by deception and Theft of Services.  Morel was attempting to purchase a phone and activate a new account with fraudulent documents and credit cards at the Verizon Wireless Store in Richland Crossing Shopping Center.
