On 5/3/2019 a uniformed officer was in the area of the 400-500 block of Second Street, when hesaw a black Honda sedan drift twice inside its own lane.

The officer also saw that the vehicle's centrally mounted brake light and the license plate light was not working.

The officer conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Sasha McCarthy from her New Jersey's driver's license.

During the course of the traffic stop, the officer suspected Ms. McCarthy of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substances.

The officer conducted several field coordination exercise, which Ms. McCarthy displayed clues of intoxication.

Ms. McCarthy was placed under arrested for DUI. She was transported to the booking center for a legal blood test and processing. While at the booking center, she consented to the blood test. After the blood draw, she was processed and released.
