On 1/9/2019 at approx. 0610 hrs, a uniformed officer saw a black Hyundai sedan driving erratically starting at Second Street and Eisenhower Boulevard and continuing north on Eisenhower Boulevard.

The officer turned on his emergency lights and conducted a traffic stop. During the course of the traffic stop, the officer suspected the driver, Stephanie Anderson, was driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substances.

The officer conducted several field coordination exercises. The driver displayed signs of intoxication. Driver was taken into custody for DUI. the officer transported Ms. Anderson to the booking center, where she consented to legal blood draw.

Ms. Anderson was charged with DUI.
