Reporting person/victim stated Jordan D Shenk, 24 of the 1st block of Wabank Rd, Millersville, PA 17551 have been in an intimate relationship for approximately seven years. She stated that she previously acquired a PFA against him but dropped it. On 03-12-19, she went to visit a female friend and when she returned home, she and Shenk engaged in an argument. This argument resulted in Shenk striking her once to the left of her face with a closed fist and grabbing the skin of her neck causing multiple scratch marks with redness. Jordan D Shenk was charged with Simple Assault-DV before MDJ Russell/

A male was seen bloody and disoriented walking around the listed location. He was later identified as David Saadeh/35 When Officers arrived it was determined that the male needed to be taken to local hospital. While in hospital, a nurse found a corner bag of K2. The bag was turned over to Officers. Saadeh to be charged with Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Controlled Substance. Summons to be sent.

Reporting person / victim reported his vehicle, a dark grey 2016 Mazda 3, was stolen from the listed location between the listed dates and times. The vehicle owner reported he last seen his vehicle on 03/17/19 at 2200 hrs after taking his dog for a walk and locking his vehicle.

Reporting person / victim reported a theft from her vehicle, a gray 2009 Toyota Corolla, while it was parked at the listed location between the listed dates and times. The reporting person stated she forgot to lock her car and when she returned to her vehicle, the glove box was open and items were all over the front seats of the vehicle. Victim reported her wallet and a box cutter were stolen from her vehicle. The wallet was later found and turned in to the Lancaster City Bureau Police station on 03/18/2019 at 1815 hrs by an unknown female.

Reporting person is the Executor in her sisters will. She frequently goes to the listed residence to verify everything is ok and collect any mail. On March 2019 at approximately 1815 hours, she observed the living room destroyed with things thrown everywhere. Nothing was observed to be missing but it was difficult to tell based on how trashed the entire house was. Reporting person became concerned and notified police. Investigation ongoing.

Reporting person /victim reported her purse was stolen from the listed location on the listed date between the listed times. Victim had arrived home from work, removed her house keys from her purse, unlocked her door, picked up a Fed Ex package and entered her home. Within five minutes, the victim realized she must have dropper her purse at the front door. When she went outside to retrieve it, her purse was missing.

A male known to the store employees as being arrested previously for Retail Theft, was seen on video walking into the store. The male was observed going to the soap aisle and selecting various dove soaps. Male was observed placing the soaps into a bag he brought into the store. Male then exits the store without paying for the merchandise. Ongoing Investigation.

Reporting person / Victim reported that she was in a domestic disturbance with Omayra Santiago, 38, of the 700 block Fifth Street, Lancaster PA which turned physical. Santiago struck the victim about the head and body with closed fists causing injury to the victim. Santiago was arrested and charged with Simple Assault.

OCCURRED 03/27/2019 AT 1119 HRS
Jose J. Colon, 58, W/M/H of 300 Block N Prince St, Lancaster PA was observed by store security entering the listed store on the listed date and time. Colon was observed walking to the tool department, selecting a Milwaukee M18 Fuel Impact Wrench valued at $249 from the store shelf and placing it in a shopping cart. Colon walked to the rear of the store, entering the doors and windows department where he was observed ripping the security cable off the box containing the wrench and tossing it between the doors in isle 22 . Colon proceeded to enter the next isle and removed the wrench from the box and concealed it down the front of his pants. Colon then walked to the front of the store, through the self-check- out registers, making no attempt to pay for the merchandise he had hidden. Store security approached Colon and escorted him to the security office at the back of the store. Lancaster City Police arrived on scene and placed Colon into custody. Police also found Colon to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Colon was arrested and charged with Retail Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia before MDJ Sponaugle.
