2/10/2019 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS - Doylestown Borough - Renee Rabea, 53, Doylestown, was cited after police responded to the Gap on S. Main Street for subject who fell after it was reported Rabea was stumbling around the store.
2/5/2019 – DEFIANT TRESPASS, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Doylestown Borough – Shamu Rossman, 57, Doyelstown, was cited after returning to the Zen Den when previously advised not to be on the premises. Rossman was served a coffee, left the establishment and shattered the mug in the middle of the roadway.
2/2/2019 – DUI – Chalfont Borough – Adam John Schultz, 37, Hatfield, was charged with DUI after police conducted a traffic stop on Sunset Avenue for vehicle speeding at 57 mph per hour in a 35 mph zone at approximately 2222 hrs. Shultz presented with an odor of alcohol, field sobriety tests were administered and blood draw at Doylestown Hospital.
2/2/2019 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough – Damon Peltonen, 22, Doylestown was cited after police responded to Stephanie’s for a belligerent subject attempting to re-enter the establishment after being refused by management.
2/1/2019 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION – Chalfont Borough – Foxwell Watts, 37, Lester and Slomins Alarms, Hicksville, NY, were cited for soliciting without a permit on Old Orchard Road at approximately 1538 hrs.
2/1/2019 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – New Britain Borough – Cheryl Denise Kirschler, 55, New Britain, was cited after police responded to Nico’s Pizza in Town Center for an intoxicated subject refusing to leave the establishment.
1/26/2019 – DUI – New Britain Borough – Lee Allan Carter, 46, North Wales, was charged with DUI after police conducted a traffic stop on E. Butler Avenue for driving without headlights or tail lights at approximately 0100 hrs. Carter presented with a strong odor of alcohol, field sobriety tests were administered and blood draw at Doylestown Hospital.
