On 1/16/19, East Lampeter Township Police Department responded to Tanger Outlets for a retail theft.  A male described as having a large surgical scar on his lower left leg fled the store after stealing a jacket.  The male then fled the area in a silver Mercedes SUV.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the male.  If you have information, please contact Sgt.
