On 01/28/19, at 1754 hours, the Tinicum Township Police Department was dispatched to investigate a two vehicle crash on Route 611 at Tohickon Valley Rd.  The preliminary investigation revealed that a northbound black Volkswagon Passat and a southbound white Honda CRV had collided.  The driver of the Volkswagon Passat left the scene prior to the arrival of any emergency personnel.  The driver of the CRV was taken to Doylestown Hospital for an evaluation.    A K9 search of the area was conducted but unable to locate the driver.  The investigation is ongoing and we are asking any witnesses to the crash to contact us at 610-294-9158 with any information.
