In September 2018 the Steelton Police began an investigation into sexual crimes involving a juvenile victim. On 12-21-18  detectives did charge Damian Fresse with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse - victim less than 16 years of age, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual abuse of a child - permit or film child sex act, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault - less than 16 years of age. He was taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment.
