WYBPD Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for moving violations and discovered that the driver, Harley David Smith was, not only operating with a suspended license, but was a fugitive from justice, parole absconder, and had five (5) additional local warrants.

Smith was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking. In addition to his warrants, he will receive new charges relating to traffic offenses.
