11/22/2018 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – PUBLIC URINATION - Doylestown Borough – the following individuals were cited after police observed them urinating in public on N. Main Street between November 21 and November 22, hours 2100 and 0300: Zachary Borine, 21, Chalfont; Steven Bennett, 23, Pipersville;  Jason Graf, 22, Horsham; Michael Checkowski, 22, Chalfont; Nathan Savage, 23, Quakertown; Kyle Lewicki, 21, Southampton; Michael Delisi, 21, Chalfont; Nicholas Danilo, 23; Doylestown; Sherrod Higginbotham, 23, Doylestown; Gabriel Panebianco, 24, Perkasie; Andrew McNaney, 21, Lansdale.

11/22/2018 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough – Michael Smith, 21, Pipersville, was cited when observed near Stephanie’s by an officer at approximately 0158 hours yelling. He was instructed to quiet down but then continued to yell and throw a punch at a sign.

11/22/2018 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough – Kevin O’Brien, 22, Churchville, was cited when observed by an officer arguing with the manager of Artistic Pizza. When O’Brien was asked to leave he attempted to fight other patrons.

11/22/2018 – PUBLIC DRUNKENESS – Doylestown Borough – Paul Sweeney, 22, Langhorne, was cited when observed by an officer on patrol between November 21 and November 22, hours 2100 and 0300 in front of Stephanie’s throwing up on the sidewalk.
