On November 20, 2018 Roza M. Kali (AKA Racka Sylwia) f/42 of Chicogo IL was charged with felony retail theft after she and a male accomplice were observed stealing in excess of $4000 worth of property from the Kohl's department store located on S Easton Road, Doylestown Township. Kali was arraigned by MDJ Falcone and committed to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after being unable to post bail which was set at $150,000.
