Bristol Borough Police News, July 26 - July 31, 2018

July 26

7:26 a.m., theft from vehicle, 800 block Third Ave., actor ransacked vehicle overnight and stole registration/insurance cards.

3:06 p.m., Meineke Muffler, 555 Bristol Pike, cited for false/faulty alarms.

6:42 p.m., theft, 800 block Pine St., actor stole a Tony Hawk boy's BMX style bike, bronze-orange in color.

July 27

7:01 a.m., Rite Aid, 244 Commerce Circle, cited for false/faulty alarms.

July 28

12:40 a.m., Lion's Park, Samuel A. Churchray Sr., age 52, Mill St., Bristol, PA, cited for dog running at large.

2:13 a.m., Borough Pub, 1800 Farragut Ave., Jacquelynn K. Staunton, age 22, Gateway Dr., Philadelphia, PA, cited for retail theft.

4:08 a.m., 300 block Washington St., David Brown, age 58, Washington St., Bristol, PA, cited for unnecessary noise.

4:43 p.m., Pond & Walnut Sts., during a traffic stop a juvenile, age 17, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia,  He will be petitioned to Bucks County Juvenile Court, two juveniles, age 17 and one juvenile, age 16, all cited for disorderly practices, John M. Vah, age 18, Sandybrook Dr., Langhorne, PA, cited for disorderly practices.

5:15 p.m., Pond & Market Sts., during a fight/traffic stop, Kaylum Deon Moore, age 18, Spruce St., Bristol, PA; Damian a. Gioia, age 18, Cotton Rd., Levittown, PA; Devante Carter, age 18, Hollow Rd., Levittown, PA; Ryan Geesey, age 18, Fieldstone Rd., Levittown, PA; juvenile, age 16,  three juveniles, age 17, all cited for disorderly conduct.

July 29

12:15 a.m., Golden Eagle Diner, 300 Bath St., Michael James Marshall, age 44, Newport Rd., Croydon, PA, cited for disorderly conduct.

Canal Towpath & Washington St., Matthew Byers, age 30, Hayes St., Bristol, PA, arrested for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia,  he will be summoned to court to answer charges; Jeremy Adams, age 31, Appletree Dr., Levittown, PA,  was arrested on a warrant out of Bucks County and custody was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff's Dept.

July 30

11:53 a.m., criminal mischief, 200 block Market St., actor scratched/keyed vehicle.

1:27 p.m., criminal mischief, 800 Bristol Pike, actor smashed the window in the rear of a building overnight, no entry made.

6:10 p.m., Commerce Circle & Rt. 13, Brandon Elko, age 32, Library Ln., Levittown, PA, cited for solicitation of business.

10:41 p.m., Strong Arm Robbery, walking  path near Adams St., a black male with a flat top and two white males assaulted two victims and stole their cell phones and wallet. The suspects and ran toward Bristol High School, the assailants were described as high school age males.

July 31

11:19 a.m., warrant arrest, Commerce Circle & Rt. 13,  Karl Wood, age 58, Pear St., Bristol, PA, was arrested and custody was turned over to the Delaware County Sheriff's Dept.

1:10 p.m., warrant arrest, 800 block Radcliffe St., Johnathan Arthur Bryant, age 33, Radcliffe St., Bristol, PA, arrested and custody turned over to Bucks County Sheriff's Dept.
