On 6/25/2018, the East Lampeter Township Police Department responded for a woman screaming in the 700 block of Patriot Dr. Upon arrival, officers located the disturbance at an apartment and spoke with the victim who stated that the suspect had struck and choked her. Visible injuries were observed. The suspect, Sean FULLIN, 24, of Northampton, PA, was arrested for (1) count Strangulation (F-2), (1) count Simple Assault (M-2) and (1) Count Criminal Mischief (s) and transported to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.
