The Township of Spring Police Department would like to welcome our newest officer, Johnathan Pena.  Officer Pena comes to our department after serving 2 years with the City of Reading Police Department.  He is a graduate of Reading High School and Alvernia University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.  Officer Pena is also a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.  We look forward to having Officer Pena as a member of our police family, and we ask that you take the time to say hello when you see him out on patrol.
