On 6/1/18 an officer observed a blue Nissan sedan make a right turn from the straight through travel lane at the intersection of Second Street and Eisenhower Boulevard.

The officer conducted a traffic stop. During the traffic stop, driver admitted to drinking and using crack cocaine a couple of days ago. SFSTs and PBT was conducted. PBT was a .189%.

Driver was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the booking center for a legal blood test. Driver was a refusal.
