On 2/24/18 officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Orange St. and Washington St. for several inoperable lights on the vehicle. While speaking with the occupants officers detected the strong odor of marijuana coming from within. A search of the vehicle was conducted and a partially burnt “blunt” containing marijuana was found where Lesly Figuereo was seated.
