On Friday, February 23, 2018, at or around 8:54p.m. on Jefferson Avenue in Bristol Borough, Aaron Whitehead, age 33, of 1400 block Gilham St in Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with the distribution or the intent of distribution of controlled substance, possessing a controlled or counterfeit substance and use or possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. From the arrested, police recovered various paraphernalia including blue wax paper containing a powder-like substance, a green vegetative substance and an undisclosed amount of round, white pills. $310 USD was also seized from the suspect by police in the arrest. Aaron Whitehead was arraigned before Judge Kelly and remanded to Bucks County Prison after bail was set at $100,000.00 USD.
