Police responded to a physical domestic incident between father and son on the 300 block of N. Tamenend Avenue in New Britain Borough on 2/11/18 at approximately 11:30 PM.  The altercation allegedly began over the use of a vehicle and resulted in physical harm.  Ferling was arraigned and remanded to Bucks County Prison $50,000, 10% bail with restrictions. Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
