On 1/8/18 at 2119 hours, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of W 2^nd St for a motor vehicle accident. On scene officers were advised that a male, later identified as Jody Kubicki, had backed into another vehicle, exited his vehicle to assess the damage but then fled the area. Witnesses to the accident were able to provide officers with the license plate information to Kubicki’s vehicle and provided a description of him.
