On 01-14-18 the Steelton Police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Front Street. The driver identified as Michael Lowe was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Dauphin County Sheriff's Office and was found in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
