On Wednesday 17 January 2018 at approximately 0159 hrs. Off. Porecca and Off. Yoder made a traffic stop on the 200 blk. N. Charlotte St. 

Anthony Humphrey M/22 was a passenger in the vehicle. During the stop, Humphrey was found to be in possession of a .22 cailber semi-automatic handgun.

Humphrey does not possess a permit to carry concealed. He was charged with 1 Count Firearms Not To Be Carried Without a License. He was arraigned and later committed to LCP in lieu of $10,000 bail.
