Friday, 12/15/17

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Buck Road and Middle Holland Road.  The driver reports he was attempting to make a left hand turn and struck another vehicle.  No injuries, minor damage to both vehicles.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Holland Road near Buck Road, in the Holland Shopping Center.  The driver reports trying to exit when a vehicle traveling on the roadway struck her vehicle.  No injuries reported, both vehicle were towed from the scene.

Accident

          Patrol responded to an accident were a vehicle was on top of a retaining wall on Old Bristol Road.  The driver reports while traveling on the roadway the vehicle slid down the hill and over the retaining wall due to snowy conditions.  No injuries reported, the vehicle was towed from the scene.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident that involved a school bus.  The driver of the bus reports traveling on Second Street Pike at Bucknell Lane, when the vehicle in front of him stopped suddenly, he could not avoid striking the vehicle from behind.  No injuries reported, minor damage to both vehicles. NO STUDENTS ON BUS.

Saturday, 12/16/17

DUI

          Patrol observed a vehicle parked on Adele Court, the male driver was sitting in the driver’s seat facing out of the truck.  A Traffic Stop was conducted, a strong odor of alcohol was detected emanating from the driver.  A Field Sobriety Test was administered and failed.  The male driver was taken into custody.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Middle Holland Rd at  Old Jordan / Justice Drive.  The driver reports the vehicle in front of him had the left turn signal on, he proceeded to pass the vehicle on the right, striking the curb to avoid hitting the vehicle that proceeded to turn right instead of left.  No injuries reported, minor damage reported.

Drugs

          Patrol responded to the School House Shopping Center on Second Street Pike for a report of two male subjects that were causing a disturbance in CVS.  Both subjects left the scene, a backpack was left behind containing drugs.

DUI

          Patrol responded to a report of a vehicle swerving on the roadway at Independence Drive at Revere Drive.  The vehicle was located and a Traffic Stop was conducted.  A strong odor of alcohol was emanating from the female driver.  A Field Sobriety Test was administered and failed.  She was taken into custody.

Hit and Run accident

          Complainant reports finding his vehicle was struck, while parked in the parked in the Crossroads Plaza Shopping Center. Minor damage reported.

Sunday, 12/17/17

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on East Holland Road and Amsterdam Avenue.  The driver reports not seeing the stop sign and striking the oncoming vehicle. Both drivers report minor injuries, unit one was towed from the scene.

Drugs

          Patrol observed a vehicle parked in the rear of the Municipal Park on Hatboro Road, occupied by four people.  A Traffic Stop was conducted and a strong odor of marijuana was detected.  Marijuana was in plain view inside the vehicle, the three passengers were released from the scene.  The male driver was taken into custody. 

Monday, 12/18/17

Drugs

          Patrol observed an occupied vehicle parked on Grenoble Road.  A Traffic Stop was conducted and a strong odor of burnt marijuana was detected.  The female passenger of the vehicle was found in possession of marijuana, she was taken into custody.

Accident

          Patrol responded to Holland Road for an accident in the parking lot of the Holland Shopping Center.  The driver reports a vehicle turning into the parking lot struck his vehicle.  No injuries reported, minor damage to both vehicles.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident.  The driver reports while traveling on the roadway, he became distracted and struck a legally parked vehicle on Doris Avenue.

Accident

          Patrol responded to Holland Road and Morning Glory Road for a one vehicle accident.  The driver reports a deer ran into the roadway striking her vehicle.  No injuries reported, minor damage.

Accident

          Complainant reports traveling on Second Street Pike at Willowbrook Drive when a deer ran into the roadway striking his vehicle.  No injuries reported, minor damage reported.
