On 11/9/2017, an officer with the East Lampeter Township Police Department initiated a vehicle stop with a Honda Accord in the 00 block of N. Eastland Dr. for a registration that was listed as suspended. After initially attempting to walk away from the stop the suspect, David SANTIAGO, 24, of Lancaster, was detained. Evidence of drug activity was observed and further investigation resulted in the arrest of SANTIAGO for (1) count of Possession of an Controlled Substance and several traffic violations. SANTIAGO was released pending charges.
