On Thursday, October 25, 2017 around 12:30AM a West Shore Regional Police Officer conducted a traffic stop in Lemoyne Borough.  The operator of the vehicle was identified as 40-year-old Jawan Dushaun EASON.  While conversing with officer(s), EASON exhibited signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance.  EASON was also found to be operating the vehicle while his driving privilege was suspended.  EASON was taken into custody and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

EASON was transported to a local hospital, where he refused to submit to a legal blood draw.  EASON was then transported to Cumberland County Prison.  Charges will be filed at MDJ Beckley's Office.
