Here is the list of 21 adults who were arraigned Monday evening charged with M3 defiant trespass regarding action Monday at a pipeline construction site in West Hempfield Township.

Unsecured bail means the person was released without having to post anything. ROR means released on recognizance, meaning they have no monetary bail obligation.

All have court dates scheduled or will have them scheduled.

A juvenile was charged; a 22^nd adult also charged has not yet been arraigned, as of Tuesday at 8 a.m.

While any arrest is a matter to be taken seriously, the protesting individuals were extremely cooperative and peaceful in their behavior today. Our police officers strived to reciprocate that same level of respect in their dealings with the individuals.

All are presumed innocent.
