On 8/10/2017, the East Lampeter Township Police Department responded to Wal-Mart for a retail theft. Upon arrival, the investigation revealed that two suspects, Hector BURGOS, 29, and Xiomara FIGUEROA, 37, both of Lancaster, concealed merchandise totaling over $280.00 and exited the store without paying. Both suspects were arrested for (1) count Retail Theft (M-1). FIGUEROA was released pending charges and BURGOS was transported to Lancaster County Prison.
