Law Enforcement Officials from the FBI, New Britain Township Police, and the Penndel Police Department arrested Douglas Maddox after a months long investigation where Troy was disseminating child sexual abuse material via the internet. A search warrant was executed on Maddox's Perkasie Borough home where a computer was found to be actively downloading child sexual abuse material. That computer was also found to contain several thousand additional files of child pornography.
