On 28 April 2017 at approximatey 1150 hrs. members of Lancaster County Adult Probation conducted a search of a residence of a person under their supervision. During the search, a handgun, suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found. Adult Probation contacted Lancaster City Police regarding the contraband items found.

Off, Bernot responded and spoke with the Probation Officers. The person under supervision of Adult Probation was identified as Cristian Lebron-Devila M/21. The items that had been found were a  caliber Deutsch Werke 6.35 mm (.25 caliber) semi-automatic handgun, small amount of marijuana, a grinder, a digital scale and a glass pipe with burnt marijuana residue. All of those items were secured as evidence. 

Based upon the information received from Adult Probation, Off. Bernot filed a Criminal Complaint against Lebron-Devila, charging him with Persons Not To Possess (etc,) Firearms (F2), Possession Small Amount Marijuana (M) and Possession Drug Paraphernalia (M). Lebron-Devila was taken to LCP on a Detainer by Adult Probation. Arraignment information on the new Criminal Complaint is not available as of the time of this release.

All persons accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
