On August 18, 2026, at approximately 1115 hours, police responded to a report of trespassing in the 1400 blk of Red Hill Road in Caernarvon Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with Mary and Robin Kochel. It was determined that Robin Kochel, operating a 2014 Jeep, had entered the driveway of the property despite no trespassing signage. Robin proceeded to walk to the front porch of the home and rang the ring camera system.

Robin Kochel has been previously warned and cited for returning to the property, despite having no legal reason to be there. Her repeated trespassing has caused fear for the current property owners.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
