The East Earl Township Police Department charged Jason M. Beiler of Ephrata with one count of Harassment, a misdemeanor of the third degree.  It is alleged that on September 30, 2026, Beiler sent lewd text messages to the victim.

The public is reminded that criminal charges are merely accusations.  Beiler is PRESUMED INNOCENT
