On October 3rd, 2026, at approximately 1:17am, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Creek Dr. after observing a vehicle with blue interior lights on and a thick haziness inside. Upon approaching the vehicle, officers detected a strong smell of marijuana.

The driver, 21-year-old Lemuel Isaa Leon Febres, was found to be in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia. A zip lock bag containing marijuana and an ashtray with numerous joints were seized and tested.

The driver was cited for Disorderly Conduct/possession of a small amount of marijuana.
