A conviction that I ardently embrace is the acknowledgment that all people, within and independent of our foundation, are worthy of our deference. I was raised to treat everyone with dignity and respect; to appreciate virtue, not standing. The culture of an organization begins and ends with our people. How we interact with one another, how well we listen, and how willing we are to accept those with diverse backgrounds.

While institutional values often mimic society at large, a concerted effort to promote a progressive structure can stimulate the change necessary to support an organizational culture of inclusion. Our agency is comprised of remarkable people, equipped to faithfully serve the residents, businesspeople and visitors of Plymouth Township.
