On September 26th, 2026, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to the 1100 Bk of Primrose Avenue for two males fighting in a yard. Officers arrived and found that Dustin Noel and Tyree Fleming had engaged in a fight.

Charges were filed and a summons was issued to both.
