At approximately 0907 hours, on September 16, 2026, the Western Lebanon County Regional PD was dispatched to a residence in the 1000 block East Maple Street, Annville, PA, 17003.   During the incident, it was discovered that Jerry Lynn Moyer R. was in possession of Methamphetamine and related Paraphernalia. 

     A criminal complaint was filed charging Moyer with one count of Possession of Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor).
