DeFilippo Charged with Drug Possession Following Bradford Traffic Stop
The City of Bradford Police Department has filed drug-related charges against Stephanie Lynn DeFilippo following an incident that occurred on September 2, 2026.
At approximately 12:59 a.m., Officer Joshua Frederoski conducted a traffic stop on a maroon Chevrolet Tahoe near 114 Boylston Street after observing the vehicle being operated by a man known to have an expired Pennsylvania driver’s license.
DeFilippo was identified as a passenger in the vehicle. During the investigation, officers learned that she had an active arrest warrant for possession of controlled substances issued in connection with a Pennsylvania State Police case. DeFilippo was taken into custody on the warrant.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, a search of DeFilippo’s personal effects incident to her arrest allegedly resulted in the discovery of suspected cocaine and a brass pipe containing burnt drug residue. She was transported to the Bradford Police Department for processing and subsequently remanded to the McKean County Jail on the outstanding warrant.

The charges were filed on September 16, 2026, through the office of Magisterial District Judge Richard W. Luther Jr. in the City of Bradford.
