The PARKESBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT is currently investigating criminal activity that occurred during the evening hours of September 4, 2026, to rear of the PARKESBURG CENTER, which is located in the 100 block of West First Avenue.

There appears to be two other occupants in this vehicle.  Possibly children, to include a young female seated in the rear driver side seat.
