The Lower Swatara Township Police has arrested RICHARD LEE SAUDER, a Elliottsburg, PA resident after a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle Richard was driving for a vehicle code violation.  Upon the Officers contact with Richard, he observed an open Yuengling Lager in the center cup holder. Richard was found to have an interlock system license, but one did not exist within the vehicle. 

RICHARD SAUDER is innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
