On August 28, 2026, at approximately 1:18 pm, officers responded to Weis Markets for a reported female who was trespassing. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Weis Markets Loss Prevention, who stated there was a female in the store who had been previously criminally charged for retail theft. Officers made contact with the female, identified as Kristen Gallagher, and confirmed that she had an active warrant for retail theft out of this department. Gallagher was taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Prison.
