On August 10, 2026, a 46-year-old male, identified as Daniel Miller of Plymouth Borough, placed a GPS tracking device on an employee's vehicle outside an establishment in Hanover Township.

The victim was alerted to the device on their vehicle via their cellular phone. Video surveillance footage was obtained, which helped identify Miller as the suspect. When questioned by police, Miller admitted to his actions, stating that he wanted to know when and where the victim was working.

Miller was charges with Felony Use Intercepted Communication, (Wiretap violation) and Stalking.  Miller was arraigned on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, by District Magistrate Kyle Halesye, Bail was set at $50,000.00 Unsecure.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Luzerne County Central Court in Wilkes-Barre.
