LOCK HAVEN- Robert Lee Weaver, 24, previously of Mill Hall, and also Renovo, entered guilty pleas Tuesday in the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas to 2 counts of Corruption of Minors (F3). Weaver's case was originally filed in 2021 by PSP-Lamar Trooper Tim Wright, but was stayed for more than 4 years after the Defendant's counsel claimed his client was incompetent to stand trial. In January of 2026, President Judge Craig P. Miller ruled that Weaver was competent to proceed to trial in the case.
Weaver admitted to having repeatedly showed two minor children, ages 10 and 13, pornographic materials and "sex toys" back in January and February of 2021. Weaver was scheduled for sentencing in December and ordered to undergo a Sexual Offender Assessment to determine if he should be classified to be a Sexually Violent Predator. Weaver will be subject to Megan's Law Registration for a minimum of 15 years.
